Iniziative Industriali S.p.A. - SARPLAST operates with a Quality Assurance System certified by Det Norske Veritas according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 (ISO 9001:2000) and ISO 14001 norms.

All the activities are performed in order to assure the maximum transparency and a full control of the whole management activity  and all of the phases of manufacturing.
The quality of the product is guaranteed from the initial phase with raw material inspection and specific testing on every incoming lot before the material goes through the production cycle.

After a series of intermediary controls for every phase of production, the finished products are checked and tested by the Quality Control Department to verify its visual, dimensional, and its physical and mechanical characteristics using the equipment of the Quality Laboratory. The Laboratory is able to perform the majority of the tests foreseen by the national and international norms and regulations such as: UNI 9032/33, ASTM, British Standard, AWWA, UKOOA as crack tests for internal pressure, stiffness tests, flame resistance tests, polymerisation analysis with DSC, etc.
