Our Project Managers serve not only as a contact point for our customers but act as a liason between the company and the client to provide the latest updates on the project. In particular they coordinate engineering activities, schedules for production and site services/installation. Project Managers also work in team with the Contract Manager and the Sales Managers to effectively manage the contract from beginning to end in accordance with its requirements and milestones to ensure a smooth flow of activities and deliveries as per the agreed-upon project plan.
